Ethiopia Shantawene Buncho

This Ethiopian natural lines up perfectly with what we look for in a solid single origin coffee. It is full of flavor, clean, and incredibly drinkable. Right from the jump the mixed berry profile jumps out in the cup. As it continues to cool down the profile doesn't change much, but the different berry flavors begin to separate and become more defined. The thick, syrupy nature of the cup is also evident straight off the top. There isn't much more to say about this one, other than once you get this one brewed you won't stop sipping until the cup is gone.
