Ethiopian coffee continues to set the bar for specialty coffee. This offering is no different. It is a naturally processed coffee from the Kayon Mountain Farm in the Oromia region of Guji. The farm is owned and operated by Ismel Hassen where he is meticulous about the harvesting and processing that it takes to grow amazing coffees year after year.
This coffee is bursting with flavor! It has a refreshing tropical note that reminds us of pineapple, which then gives way to a berry like sweetness. To round it out a beautiful floral note of orange blossom peaks through. The aftertaste is relatively clean for a naturally processed coffee and has a hint of chocolate.
